From Job Applicants

Personal information including nationality, normal CV information, referee responses, proof of ID, Passport/work Visas, Proof of address, P45, NI number, tax code and other tax information.  Bank account details, emergency contacts

 

How we use your information

For Clients

To deliver our service and maintain customer satisfaction

To send invoices

To handle customer services queries

 

For Suppliers

To query invoices and make payments

 

For Job Applicants

To assess suitability for the role

To verify the employee is who they say they are

To verify their right to work in the UK

To pay them for the work done and deduct appropriate tax at source

 

The legal basis for processing the information

To allow us to invoice clients

To enable us to check an employee’s Right to work in the UK, to validate their references, and enable us to pay employees

To allow us to quote to for jobs

 

Who do we share Personal Data with?

We sometimes share your personal data with trusted third parties.  For example accountants, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC), our bank.

We will never share or sell your data with any third party

 

 

 

How long you keep the information for?

Data for all individuals (regardless of category) will be held for 5 years after our last contact with them.
